About Jordan

Jordan McWherter is a Bay Area native, Realtor, and licensed California General Contractor with over 25 years of experience in building, development, and real estate investment. Serving the Silicon Valley, Peninsula and broader Bay Area, he brings a rare combination of local knowledge and hands-on construction expertise to every client. Jordan has built more than 30 homes from the ground up and has personally bought, developed, renovated, and sold dozens of investment properties. He remains actively involved in residential development, designing and building select spec homes and land projects throughout the Bay Area.

He helps clients not just buy or sell a home but understand it. From walking through inspection findings to identifying potential costs, risks, and opportunities, Jordan brings a builder’s perspective to every transaction. When needed, he connects clients with the appropriate licensed specialists to further evaluate specific concerns.

For nearly a decade, Jordan was directly involved in high-value residential projects in the Palo Alto market: building, renovating, and selling homes while working alongside many of the top-producing agents in the country. Having operated as a builder, investor, buyer, and seller, he understands the market from every angle and brings that perspective to the clients he represents. Having been both a buyer and seller many times himself, Jordan understands the pressure and decision-making that come with real estate.

His background in land acquisition, permitting, subdivision, and value-driven development gives clients a clear advantage when evaluating property across the Bay Area. Jordan believes real estate comes down to two things: understanding the product and understanding people.
